For use when adherence to the wound is a potential problem due to fragile skin. The perforated Silicone coated wound contact later prevents the dressing from sticking to the wound and reduces pain during dressing changes.
The silicone creates a layer between the dressing and the skin surface which allows the dressing to be removed while minimising trauma, pain or damage the delicate new tissue at the wound margin.

A soft, conformable and highly absorbent dressing with all of the benefits of an Alginate, but it converts to a soft clear gel when in contact with wound exudate.
An amorphous gel that contains 85% water and gently increases the moisture level within the wound, encouraging moist wound healing.
